Wang and his lawyers not only played rough, they played dirty. Soon after they started suing me, my co-workers and our charity, they started creating fake websites with my name and distributing negative content about me to all kinds of websites that would post it. Wang’s lawyers created the website, BrianMullaney.net and used it to post hundreds of pages of negative content related to their UK lawsuit against me. In their haste, they mistakenly posted a letter from the Wang law firm in London who was suing me to Wang’s personal lawyer in New York who was creating these websites.
The letter said here are all the documents you requested. I showed this letter and BrianMullaney.net website to a Federal Magistrate as an example of the dirty deeds Wang’s lawyers were involved with. The Magistrate was furious. He showed it to Wang’s personal lawyer and asked him, “Did you have anything to do with this?” Wang’s personal lawyer started to sweat profusely and nervously denied it. The website was taken down later that day.
Wang’s lawyers created a fake BrianMullaney page on both Google and Wikipedia and filled it was nasty, false defamatory content. I used to have to get up early every morning and take down their vicious comments and fake content on my Wikipedia page. And I had to write to dozens of websites and beg them to take down malicious content Wang’s lawyers had given them to post. Sometimes I had to hire a lawyer to threaten to sue them to get them to take stuff down. I always asked them who gave them this content, but they would never tell me.
