When Smile Train reached the incredible milestone of having provided 500,000 surgeries, we hosted a major donor event at Lincoln Center in new York City to thank our doors who made these 500,000 cleft surgeries possible.
It was really a spectacular event with more than 1,000 Smile Train donors attending and a star-studded list of presenters that included Candice Bergen, Chris Meloni and General Colin Powell.
CBS Evening News anchor Nora O’Donnell did an incredible job of hosting and the world-renowned Irish tenor Ronan Tynan provided some incredible entertainment on a St. Patrick’s Day none of us will ever forget.
